Strawberry Buns: Refined Muffin

Strawberry jam buns are incredible! And the Swedes eat them and call them in a special way - they love this baking so much. No matter how absurd it may seem, they call them their grandmother's cough. And the process of eating is a whole ritual: it is customary to dunk such rolls in Swedes in coffee. Strawberries, although not the most popular berry in the post-Soviet space, but these buns simply can not leave anyone indifferent!

Sour milk buns

Necessary components:

  • one and a half glasses of sour milk;
  • 2 medium sized eggs;
  • 3 incomplete art. l Sahara;
  • 20 g of yeast;
  • 600 g sifted flour;
  • 4 tbsp. l any oil;
  • 0.5 tsp salts;
  • strawberry jam.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Yeast is bred in half a glass of lukewarm water. A spoonful of sugar is added, the dough is left warm for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Sour milk, beaten eggs, any vegetable oil, remaining sugar and salt are added to the dough. All ingredients are mixed.
  3. Pre-sifted flour is added a little bit. Knead the dough. At the very end of this process, vegetable oil is added, the walls of the container in which the dough will fit are lubricated. The container is placed in heat.
  4. The dough should become twice as large. After that, it is necessary to crush it and leave it warm again.
  5. As soon as the dough again increases in size, it must be laid out on a surface sprinkled with flour, and crushed again.
  6. Using a rolling pin, it is necessary to roll out the dough so that a thin layer is obtained.
  7. Blanks are made for future buns: you will need 2 glasses of different diameters. These glasses cut a neat ring of dough.
  8. The resulting ring is stretched a little and eights are formed from it.
  9. The first circle of the eight is laid out on a greased baking sheet.
  10. The second circle is wrapped. Thus a bun is formed.
  11. In the center of each bun blank you need to lay out jam. Leave the buns for half an hour so that they rise. Mix the yolk with oil and grease the workpiece.
  12. The baking dish is placed in the oven for about half an hour, where it is baked at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Strawberry Yeast Buns

Such a dessert can be prepared for any occasion - it will certainly appeal to all guests!

Essential Ingredients:

  • flour - 0.5 kg;
  • yeast - 25 g;
  • 1 cup of fresh milk .;
  • sugar - 3 incomplete Art. l .;
  • eggs - 2 pcs. medium size;
  • butter - 60 g;
  • 0.5 tsp salts;
  • strawberry jam.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Yeast is added to slightly heated milk, the mixture is mixed and sent to heat for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Eggs are thoroughly beaten with sugar and salt.
  3. Oil is heated in a water bath.
  4. The remaining ingredients are added to the dough. Flour is added in stages.
  5. Knead the dough and keep warm for at least 1 hour. Then repeat these steps again.
  6. From the finished dough, it is necessary to roll out a flat rectangle and grease with jam indented a couple of centimeters from the edge.
  7. Greased with jam, the dough is folded in three layers.
  8. The edges are plucked and rolled a little with a rolling pin.
  9. The resulting mass is cut with a knife into equal bands (about three centimeters).
  10. Each of the bands is twisted several times, the bands are connected so that rings form.
  11. The baking dish is covered with paper or greased, blanks are laid out.
  12. Buns are baked for about a quarter of an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.

It is best to use jam, not jam or jam. The thicker the consistency, the less likely that baking will flow during the baking process.

Pies with jam and cottage cheese

Instead of strawberries not always available in this recipe, you can use strawberries. Moreover, it is not necessary to take jam, you can take fresh and frozen berries, and grated with sugar.

Essential Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 600 g;
  • flour - 700-800 g;
  • 120 g of sugar;
  • eggs - 2 pcs. medium size;
  • vanilla;
  • lemon juice;
  • soda;
  • jam;
  • milk - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • cinnamon - 0.5 tsp;
  • grease for lubrication.

How to cook:

  1. Flour is poured onto the surface for cooking, chilled cottage cheese is laid out and rubbed by hand until fine crumbs are obtained.
  2. From the cottage cheese is built "volcano".
  3. Lemon juice, eggs and sugar, both regular and vanilla, are whipped and quenched with soda.
  4. It is necessary to pour the prepared mixture into the constructed "volcano", knead the dough.
  5. The dough is collected in a ball and left alone for a quarter of an hour. Then it is divided into 12 identical pieces, each of which is rolled out quite thinly. It is lubricated with jam and twisted in the form of a roll, twisted and wrapped.
  6. The form is greased, baking is laid out on it. Baking is covered with milk and sprinkled with cinnamon and vanilla.
  7. Baked for about twenty minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Strawberry Daisy

Essential Ingredients:

  • 1 incomplete glass of milk;
  • 70 g of oil;
  • 2 eggs;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • 50 g of sunflower oil;
  • vanilla sugar;
  • 20 g of yeast;
  • 3 cups flour;
  • half tsp salts;
  • 70 g butter;
  • strawberry jam.

Stages of preparation:

  1. The yeast dissolves in the slightly warmed milk, a couple of tablespoons of flour is added and mixed. It is placed in heat for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Margarine is melted, an egg, vanillin, sugar, salt and oil are added to it, everything is mixed and poured into dough.
  3. The sifted flour is added a little bit. The dough should be smooth.
  4. The pan is greased with oil and the dough is moved there for an hour.
  5. The workspace is sprinkled with flour, divided into identical balls.
  6. The form is lubricated.
  7. Each ball is kneaded into a cake, the filling is laid out in it, it is plucked and sprinkled with flour. Baking should be round.
  8. On the billet blank with a knife, a kind of chamomile is depicted, then it is lubricated with vegetable oil.
  9. Bake until a golden crust appears. The temperature of the oven is 200 degrees.

Buns "Sidedamas"

Essential Ingredients:

  • one and a half glasses of sifted flour;
  • half a glass of fresh milk;
  • egg;
  • 3 incomplete art. l Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 20 g of yeast;
  • 3 tbsp. l oils;
  • jam;
  • powdered sugar;
  • 20 g butter.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Yeast is mixed with sugar, flour and milk. The mixture is placed in heat for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Flour, egg and vegetable oil are added, everything is mixed.
  3. The dough should rise in a warm place.
  4. In the process of lifting it a couple of times you need to knead.
  5. The dough is kneaded on a powdery surface. Divided into pieces and rolled into small, thin cakes.
  6. Each of the pieces is smeared with jam, twisted into a roll and folded in the shape of a snail.
  7. Bake for about a quarter of an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
