Shrovetide is one of the most striking and desired holidays. After all, this is not just a farewell to annoying cold weather, it is a whole ritual, of course, which is based on pancakes. Each hostess has her own pancake recipes for Shrovetide, with special additives and fillings. But I certainly want to learn about those secrets that are best cooked, especially the cooking features of their amazing pancakes.

In milk

To bake such pancakes is the power of any hostess. They can rightfully be called the best, and at the same time the easiest to prepare. They can be prepared both for the holidays and on a regular day.

You will need:

  • a couple of eggs;
  • Paul L. fresh milk;
  • third of tsp salts;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • a glass of sifted flour.

Oven for Shrovetide:

  1. Initially, you should break a couple of eggs in a bowl and salt them.
  2. At the next stage, they are slightly whipped.
  3. In a bowl, milk and sugar are attached to the eggs.
  4. Flour is added to the mixture of milk and eggs in small portions.
  5. To get the perfect consistency of the dough, beat it with a blender with the minimum speed set on it.
  6. The finished dough is infused for a short period of time. Enough and only a quarter of an hour.
  7. The pan is heated to the maximum and slightly oiled.
  8. The dough is poured into the pan in such an amount that it covers the entire pan with a thin layer.
  9. Literally, one minute is baked and the pancake is immediately turned over to another. In order not to damage it, it is better to use not a fork, but a wide spatula.
  10. Within half a minute, the pancake is ready.
  11. Thus, all pancakes are prepared. The main thing is not to forget to periodically lubricate the pan with oil.
  12. In finished form, they are laid out on a dish or rolled up so that the filling fits inside.

Original yeast pancakes with dough

Original pancakes resembling lace are enjoyed with pleasure by all children. Guests will appreciate this beauty, especially if you diversify the dish with an abundance of fillings.

You will need:

  • 2.5 cups flour;
  • half a glass of water;
  • 20 gr. yeast (not dry, but fresh);
  • 5 tsp Sahara;
  • 3 large eggs;
  • a couple of glasses of milk;
  • a quarter cup of oil;
  • couple of art. l Sahara;
  • 1 tsp ordinary salt.

We bake, following the tradition:

  1. Yeast is bred in slightly heated water, a spoonful of sugar and half a glass of flour are added to them. In this composition, the dough is moved to a warm place.
  2. The eggs are broken so that the yolk is separated from the protein.
  3. Squirrels are placed in the refrigerator, and the yolks are added to the cooked dough in the company of oil and salt.
  4. In several stages, milk and flour are mixed in there until the resulting mass is a viscous consistency.
  5. To make the dough thinner, it is diluted with milk.
  6. Already almost completely kneaded dough is rearranged into heat.
  7. Squirrels, previously hidden in the refrigerator, are beaten very much and added to a suitable dough in a couple of passes.
  8. It's baking time. For these purposes, the pan with oil is heated as much as possible and several tablespoons of pancake dough are poured onto it and evenly distributed.
  9. After the bursting of all the bubbles and the drying of the edges, the pancake is turned over and baked.
  10. Ready-made pancakes move to the dish.

"The lights of a sun"

The largest of the days of Shrovetide, of course Thursday. It is on this day that the best recipes are used, so that they all ate with incredible appetite. Here is the "Rays of the Sun" - one of the brightest pancake creations.

You will need:

  • 1 large egg;
  • incomplete glass of fresh milk;
  • a quarter glass of water;
  • third of tsp salts;
  • a couple of tsp Sahara;
  • a quarter cup of almonds;
  • half a glass of flour;
  • half tsp turmeric
  • 100 gr. cheese (preferably with mold);
  • a quarter cup of cottage cheese;
  • half a glass of 35% cream;
  • couple of art. l honey.

We start to bake:

  1. In a bowl, the egg is whipped with salt.
  2. In a beaten egg, milk, sugar and water are added. After that, re-beat.
  3. The almonds are crushed to a powder state and added to the already whipped components.
  4. Flour and turmeric join in the same mass.
  5. Pancakes are baked in a frying pan heated and greased with a small amount of oil.
  6. Cheese, cottage cheese and cream are mixed, after which they are intensively ground using a sieve or a blender.
  7. On the finished pancake, the freshly prepared filling is laid out and it is wrapped in a tube.
  8. Thus, each cooked instance is curled.

All the tubes for about ten minutes are transferred to the freezer, after which they are cut into large rings and smeared with honey.

Pancakes from the picture

Absolutely any pancakes are the favorite children's coloring, because they are filled with jam, smear with honey or sour cream - the picture is obtained. These creations are especially good and tasty if the dough is not based on plain water or milk, but sour cream.

You will need:

  • one and a half glasses of sour cream;
  • one and a half glasses of sifted flour;
  • 1 large eggs;
  • couple of art. l Sahara;
  • half a glass of fresh milk;
  • half tsp salts;
  • half a glass of oil.

We start to bake:

  1. In a bowl, the eggs are mixed with sour cream, salt and sugar, and then beat.
  2. Flour and a little warmed milk are added to the egg-cream mixture in small portions.
  3. Using a blender or a simple whisk, beat the dough. A homogeneous, slightly viscous mass should be obtained.
  4. The pan is smeared with a tiny amount of oil and warmed up.
  5. A small amount of dough is poured into the pan and evenly distributed.
  6. Thus, the pancake is baked on one side and turned on the other.

The finished product is laid out on a large dish.

With chocolate and yogurt

Unusual, fabulously tasty, these pancakes are obtained. Just a liter of batter and all the households will not only be full, they will be incredibly delighted.

You will need:

  • a glass of drinking yogurt;
  • a glass of fresh milk;
  • a glass of flour;
  • 4 large eggs;
  • half a bar of chocolate;
  • a couple of tsp baking powder;
  • half tsp salts;
  • couple of art. l Sahara.

We start to bake:

  1. Chocolate should be melted. To do this, a water bath is done.
  2. The eggs are intensively beaten and the freshly melted chocolate joins them.
  3. Yogurt, sugar, baking powder, milk and salt are added to the chocolate-egg mixture.
  4. Flour is added in small portions until the consistency is viscous, but also liquid at the same time.
  5. The mixture is infused literally ten minutes.
  6. During this time, a frying pan greased with oil is heated and pancakes are prepared by analogy with all others.

Pancake toppings

Pancakes are a delicacy that can be consumed with various fillings, seasoning or sauce. The filling, like the sauce, can be sweet or savory.

Choose to your taste and enjoy:

  • Shrimp
  • meat;
  • chicken;
  • Egg
  • cottage cheese;
  • with cottage cheese and raisins;
  • cheese;
  • fish;
  • with caviar;
  • with cheese and ham;
  • mushroom;
  • with cabbage;
  • with chocolate;
  • with tomato;
  • with pepper;
  • with a nut;
  • fruit (used apple, orange, lemon, banana, kiwi, pear, etc.);
  • with berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, cherries, strawberries, gooseberries, red or black currants);
  • honey;
  • with sour cream.

In addition to these fillings, you can use any other, at the discretion of the hostess. The filling can be prepared from one ingredient, but it will be tastier in a combination of several products.

You can serve on the table:

  • with sour cream;
  • with yogurt;
  • with jam;
  • with honey;
  • with butter;
  • with ketchup.

You can make the sauce according to your own recipe.

In the form of seasoning use:

  • mushrooms;
  • bow;
  • parsley;
